If you go to supermarket, your appetite will become crazy and you will lose your control. And you will think "There is no meanings to live if we can't try these so tasty foods"! Believe me most of them are not from the Nature. They are man- made! If you will continue to eat them regularly in your overload stomach, 100% you will get any of 60 kinds of degenerative, adult, lifestyle related diseases today or tomorrow! Food Allergies and Elimination of Inflammatory foods   Fasting is not suitable for : Pregnant women, Children, Diabetics with complications, Epileptics, Seriously weakened or debilitated by chronic illness. An example table of food tests for Fasting patients;   Days1-4: No foods Day 5: Breakfast: poached ILISH fish or Salmon Lunch: Mango + ILISH or Salmon Dinner: Steamed spinach + Mango + Salmon or ILISH Day 6: Breakfast: Baked Pheasant, Quail + day 5 Lunch: Kiwi + Day 5 Dinner: Steamed Zucchini + Day 5 Day 7: Breakfast: Lamb chop + Days 5,6 Lunch: Baked Potato without skin + days 5,6 Dinner: Banana + Days 5,6 And so on.
