Where Should You Invest?
If you ask me where to invest, my answer will always be: invest in your health.
Even if I am poor in money or have no property, if I have good health, I believe I am richer than you. Because money can never buy back lost health. Only those who have lost their health truly understand what I mean.
It’s human nature to dream of having a good house, a nice car, a beautiful wife or a handsome husband, good kids, social status, a good job, and countless material things. But when it comes to taking care of health—actually investing in health—most people delay until they get sick.
Don’t wait until you’re sick. By then, it’s already too late.
Diseases develop over years—not hours, days, or months.
To live, we need air, water, and food. But today, all of them are polluted—full of toxins, chemicals, and heavy metals. Everywhere you turn, there are pollutants our bodies were never designed to handle in such large amounts.
You can ask yourself:
Why are there now so many cases of cancer, depression, obesity, autoimmune diseases, allergies, and digestive disorders?
I’m not even mentioning heart disease and high blood pressure.
Look at our children. Are they truly healthy?
Many babies now suffer from allergies, are overweight, and—shockingly—some even have diabetes. Everywhere we look, health problems are increasing.
So how do we overcome this?
The answer is simple: Invest in your health.
Invest in health knowledge. Become health-conscious.
Don’t think your “famous” doctors will fix all your health problems. You could spend all the money you’ve earned chasing so-called good health, yet never get your health back.
Remember: Health is the real wealth. Without it, everything else loses value.

Absolutely, you are right. I am now 32 years old. I always pray to Almighty Allah for good health and a contented life after my prayers. After watching your videos, I realized that what I was running after would not give me permanent pleasure; my health is my true pleasure. I used to believe that if I became successful, everything else would be fixed. Now I realize that I was wrong about that principle. True success begins with good health. Therefore, my family and I now prioritise a healthy lifestyle, which we believe will bring barakah into our lives.
